The blue villa is a Creole villa ideally located ZAC Pont Café in Sainte-Luce in the south of Martinique, a 2-minute walk from the ‘Corps de Garde’ beach and close to the roads to the most beautiful beaches. With an equipped American kitchen and a living room with a large bay window which opens onto a large terrace, without forgetting the BBQ in the garden.
To take full advantage of Martinique’s sunshine, it has a large 4mx7m free-form swimming pool.

The villa has 4 large air-conditioned and spacious bedrooms, two of which are in an extension facing the swimming pool. 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom, the fourth has two single beds and a bathroom and toilet are located in the hallway. There is a small bedroom with a sofa bed next to the entrance.
