1. General provisions

The tenant may in no case avail himself of any right

2. Uses of the premises

Any breach of this rule will result in the immediate collection of the payment.

The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

3 Number of occupants and loads

In order to ensure the best comfort, the number of occupants of this
Villa is limited to 9 people. This number cannot under any circumstances be
Exceeds.
Occasional accommodation of passing friends is prohibited. The charges
Are included in the rental price and include water and electricity consumption.

4. Animals

We do not accept pets

5. Tenant commitments.

The tenant undertakes:

-To peacefully enjoy the home and not cause any disturbance or nuisance
-To notify the owner as quickly as possible of any damage affecting the home, its furniture or equipment
– To respect the purpose of the accommodation and not to make any changes to it.
– To authorize access to the accommodation to third parties responsible for the upkeep of the garden and swimming pool or responsible for maintenance work.
– To authorize the owner or a third party authorized by him to carry out, during the rental period, any repairs ordered by emergency, waiving any claim to any privacy during the duration of the repairs.
– To occupy the premises only as a temporary residence and pleasure, the exercise of any profession being prohibited.
– Sort waste and take out the trash before departure and leave the washed dishes

– In case of non-compliance with the house rules, a payment of €150 may be requested

– Not to organize any party or reception without prior written and signed agreements with the owner.

6. Cancellation of the rental

In the event of cancellation and within three months before the arrival date, we undertake to reimburse you in full.
In the event of cancellation after these three month deadlines, we keep the sum of the 30% Paid and we undertake to give you a credit valid for 3 years in our different villas.
In the event of a force majeure crisis linked to death or serious illness, the amount will be refunded in full.
In the event of a quarantine problem imposed by Martinique, or lack of access to the beach, the entire amount will be refunded.
