Ideally located on one level in the lovely ZAC Pont Café neighborhood of Sainte-Luce, our warm and welcoming semi-detached home is just waiting for you. You will love its ideal location: it is only a short 2-minute walk from Corps de Garde Beach and close to the roads leading to the most beautiful beaches in southern Martinique.
Here, the gentle pace of life is guaranteed. You will love our bright living room, which opens directly onto a large, sheltered terrace—the perfect place to enjoy wonderful, cheerful meals with family or friends. In the garden, a barbecue is ready for your grilled dishes during balmy tropical evenings.
For relaxing moments and laughter under the sun, a beautiful, large 4 × 8 m rectangular swimming pool awaits you for refreshing swims. If you are traveling with children, there is no need to worry: we are happy to provide safety nets so that everyone can enjoy their stay with complete peace of mind.
For your convenience, you will have three private parking spaces just inside the property.

After a wonderful day of exploring, you will enjoy returning to our four spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each a cozy little haven equipped with large built-in wardrobes:
- The master suite: A beautiful, intimate space featuring a very large King Size bed (180 × 200 cm), its own bathroom, and private toilet.
- The second and third bedrooms: Very comfortable, each has a large King Size bed (180 × 200 cm) for peaceful and restful nights.
- The fourth bedroom: Furnished with two single beds (90 × 200 cm), it is ideal for children or loved ones.
- A second bathroom with toilet is also accessible from the hallway, allowing everyone to get ready at their own pace.

Because holidays are also about enjoying delicious food, our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your stay easier: a large American-style refrigerator (perfect for keeping your drinks nice and cold!), a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine so you can enjoy your coffee from the moment you wake up.
Of course, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils are all provided so you can prepare delicious meals just like you would at home.
